Virginia Snow in 2003

Stephanie and Alex on the back steps. That's me in the background, futile trying to make a snowman out of dry snow.
Alex the Amazing Bundled Boy and me, still trying to make a %^#$% snowman!
You can't see him but I'm chasing Buster, our dog, and we're both having a blast.
Trying to pose but Buster needs to check if I'm still a male.
Buster just doesn't seem all that interested in the picture thing.
Finally he gets with the program and we get this great family pic. Behind the camera, Carrie is laughing at Buster's face.
I had fun playing with the boy on the trampoline, which we were a bit scared that it would just collapse under the cold and weight of the snow. It didn't.
I got the boy right where I want him after throwing him around.
Buster is from California and this is the first time he saw snow. What would you think if you were a dog?
Carrie caught Buster in mid-stride but it really looks like Buster is chasing me. Actually, I was chasing him. Chased him but never caught him until...
"It's OK..."
Alex planning his next sneak attack with a snowball.
I talk with Steph as Buster once again checks to see I'm still a man.
Inside, our fake tree once again displays our Christmas spirit.
"The stockings were thumbnailed above the chimney with care..."
A few days later, Steph shows off her snowman. I found that carrot a couple of weeks later when I was searching for Buster droppings.
