Every
year I pass this boulder on the way to the start line of
the WWW so
I thought I would take the fam and see how "unique"
desert people are. |
|
A
closer pic of (l-r) Alex, Fat Boulder Creature, Stephanie,
and me looking like I'm standing on the cheek of an enormous
creature. |
|
This
is what the Fat Boulder Creature sees. That I'm actually
consider "it's" view is very disturbing
to me. |
|
Carrie
got into the action while the kids crawled around. I don't
exactly know how you are supposed to stand when posing with
a Fat Boulder Creature but this is what Carrie came up with. |
|
Another
view of where we stopped. It was about 90 degrees and the
wind was blowing. The desert was gorgeous just like the
woman standing in the foreground. |
|
Stephanie
and Alex pose for a desert picture. We had only been out
there five minutes and you can see how it started to affect
Alex. Now multiply that by years and you can start to understand
Fat Boulder Creature. |
|
Carrie
and I happy to be together in the desert. Why she is pinching
my fat, I don't know but we're happy nonetheless. |
|
Steph
hung around the Fat Boulder Creature a little longer and
.... |
|
....
insisted on getting this picture. Obviously the desert got
to her also. |
|
We
headed all the way to the start line of the Wild Wild West
where I showed my family where the pain started every year.

This
was a golden opportunity to get the picture I always get
but which I forget to get two weeks ago. |
